  • Check-in from 15:00. Early check-in is possible from 09:00 if the house is free and ready for check-in. The service is paid - 1,000 rubles / hour.
  • Upon check-in, you must make a deposit of 5,000 rubles, which is returned on the day of departure, after cleaning the house (from 18:00 to 19:00).
  • Check-out is until 12:00. Extension of stay is possible until 18:00 in the absence of other guests on that day. The service is paid - 1,000 rubles / hour.
  • We ask you not to make noise and respect the rest of the neighbors. Noisy parties are possible only if the entire territory is rented. It is strictly forbidden to listen to music on the street, only in the house at a moderate volume until 22:00.
  • You can invite up to 5 guests for a day stay until 22:00. The service is paid - 1 000 rubles / person.
  • Accommodation with pets of small breeds up to 3 kg. Maybe. The cost is 2000 rubles for the entire stay. Surcharge is charged due to additional cleaning.
