On the territory there are three triangular houses equipped with a smart home system and everything necessary for a comfortable stay:

Ritsa - 80 sq.m, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace. The maximum number of beds is 6.

Space - 44 sq.m, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace. The maximum number of beds is 4. There are two such houses.

Each house has its own:

• terrace with rattan furniture
• tub with aero and hydromassage
• barbecue area

Common areas for guests:

• sandy beach
• fire zone
• parking
